It is understood that as a member of the Orange County 49ers, Inc., a Prospecting Club, I/we can run for office; serve on committees; participate in voting at General Membership Meetings for officer elections and other items as required. As members we are encouraged to attend all General membership Meetings, all Club Outings, and have the use of the Club's claims. It is further understood that all members and their guests are required to abide by the Club's Rules and Regulations including those of the US Forrest Service, the Bureau of Land Management, the Department of Fish and Game. and any other regulatory agency that may have jurisdiction over our claims and/or activities.
