I/we the undersigned, assume all risks and/or hazards associated with the involvement in the Orange County 49ers, Inc. I/we agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Club, it's Officers, Sponsors and/or any other third, fourth, etc. parties. I/we realize and understand that gold prospecting and associated activities can be dangerous and may cause injury, illness or even death. The terrain can be hazardous and there may be wild animals and snakes present. Some claims may have open shafts, pits, tunnels and/or dangerous water conditions. Members assume all responsibility  for themselves and their guests.
